    6. Payments & Billing

    All purchases made through tenxup.com are processed securely via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

    • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
    • Subscription services (if applicable) will auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
    • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

    7. Refund Policy

    We stand behind our products and services. Refund eligibility is as follows:

    • Software / SaaS Tools: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if the product has been substantially used or accessed.
    • Done-For-You Services: Refunds for services already rendered or in progress are not guaranteed. If work has not yet commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10X SOCIAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Arizona.

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
